## SERA.3145 Prohibited areas and restricted areas

[Aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) shall not be flown in a [prohibited area](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/prohibited-area), or in a [restricted area](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/restricted-area), the particulars of which have been duly published, except in accordance with the conditions of the restrictions or by permission of the Member State over whose [territory](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/territory) the areas are established.
