PRINCIPLES FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

It is essential for the efficient accomplishment of the activities related to [Part 21 Light](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/part-21-light) of the competent authority of the Member State that all decisions regarding the resolution of disputes be taken at as low a level as possible. In addition, the documented procedures for the resolution of disputes should clearly identify the chain of escalation.
