## 21.A.602A Eligibility

Any natural or legal person that produces or is preparing to produce an [ETSO](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/etso) [article](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/article), and that has demonstrated, or is in the process of demonstrating, its capability under point 21.A.602B shall be eligible as an applicant for an ETSO authorisation.
