## ML.A.101 Scope

This Section establishes the measures to be taken in order to ensure that the [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) is airworthy. It also specifies the conditions to be met by the persons or organisations involved in the activities related to the airworthiness of the aircraft.
