## M.A.201(j) Granting access to competent authority

(j) The owner/operator shall ensure that any person authorised by the competent authority is granted access to any of its facilities, [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) or documents related to its activities, including any subcontracted activities, to determine compliance with this Part.
