## M.A.101 Scope

This Section establishes the measures to be taken to ensure that the airworthiness of [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) is maintained, including its [maintenance](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/maintenance). It also specifies the conditions to be met by the persons or organisations involved in such activities.
