## CAMO.A.140 Access

For the purpose of determining compliance with the relevant requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its delegated and implementing acts, the [organisation](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/organisation) shall grant access at any time to any facility, [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft), document, records, data, procedures or any other material relevant to its activity subject to certification, whether it is contracted/subcontracted or not, to any person authorised by one of the following authorities:

(a) the competent authority defined in point CAMO.A.105;

(b) the authority acting under the provisions of point (d) of point CAMO.B.300 or point (e) of point CAMO.B.300.
