## 145.A.30(k) Airworthiness review staff qualification

If the [organisation](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/organisation) performs airworthiness reviews and issues the corresponding airworthiness review certificate in accordance with point ML.A.903 of Annex Vb (Part-ML), it shall have airworthiness review staff that are qualified and authorised in accordance with point 145.A.37.
