## Article 81 Air traffic controller training organisations certification

The Agency shall be responsible for the tasks related to [certification](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/certification), [oversight](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/oversight), and enforcement in accordance with Article 62(2) with respect to the certificates for the air traffic controller training organisations referred to in Article 51, where those organisations have their principal place of business located outside the territories for which Member States are responsible under the [Chicago Convention](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/chicago-convention) and, where relevant, their personnel.
