## ATCO.MED.A.050 Referral

If an applicant for a class 3 medical certificate is referred to the [licensing authority](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/licensing-authority) in accordance with ATCO.MED.B.001, the AeMC or AME shall transfer the relevant medical documentation to the licensing authority.
