## FCL.320 CPL – Skill test

An [applicant](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/applicant) for a CPL shall pass a [skill test](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/skill-test) in accordance with Appendix 4 to this Part to demonstrate the ability to perform, as PIC of the appropriate [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) category, the relevant procedures and manoeuvres with the [competency](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/competency) appropriate to the privileges granted.
