## SPA.HOFO.135 Wind limitations for operations to offshore locations

Operation to an [offshore location](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/offshore-location) shall only be performed when the wind speed at the [helideck](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/helideck) is reported to be not more than 60 knots including gusts.
