## ORO.TC.100 Scope

This Subpart establishes the requirements to be met by an air operator when operating an [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) with technical crew members in commercial air transport [helicopter](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/helicopter) emergency medical service (HEMS) operations, emergency medical service operations with VCA (VEMS), [night](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/night)-vision imaging system (NVIS) operations, or helicopter hoist operations (HHO).
