## ORO.CC.005 Scope

This Subpart establishes the requirements to be met by the operator when operating an [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) with cabin crew and comprises:

(a) Section 1 specifying common requirements applicable to all operations; and

(b) Section 2 specifying additional requirements only applicable to commercial air transport operations.
