## UAM.OP.MVCA.235 Life jackets

The IAM operator shall establish procedures to ensure that, when operating a VCA over water, the duration of the flight and the conditions to be encountered during the flight are duly considered when deciding whether life jackets are to be worn by all [aircraft](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aircraft) occupants.
