## ADR.OR.A.005 Scope

This Annex establishes the requirements to be followed by:

(a) an [aerodrome operator](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aerodrome-operator) subject to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 with respect to its certification, management, manuals and other responsibilities; and

(b) a provider of [apron](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/apron) management services.
