## GM1 ADR-DSN.M.770 Road-holding position light

Where a [road](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/road) intersects a [taxiway](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/taxiway) where operationally required, a suitable holding position light may be located adjacent to the roadway/[taxiway intersection](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/taxiway-intersection) [marking](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/marking) 1.5 m (±0.5 m) from one edge of the road, i.e. left or right as appropriate to the local road traffic regulations.
