## ADR.AR.C.050 Declaration of organisations responsible for the provision of AMS and notification of a change

(a) Upon receiving a declaration from an organisation responsible for the provision of AMS that intends to provide such a service at an [aerodrome](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aerodrome), or upon receiving a notification of a change to the information contained in the declaration, the [Competent Authority](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/competent-authority) shall acknowledge receipt of the declaration or the notification of a change, and shall verify that the declaration or the notification contains all the information required by Annex III (Part-ADR.OR).

(b) If the declaration or the notification of a change does not contain all the information required under point ADR.OR.F.005 of Annex III, or contains information that is not in accordance with the applicable requirements, the Competent Authority shall notify the organisation responsible for the provision of AMS and the [aerodrome operator](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/aerodrome-operator) where such service is provided about the non-compliance and request further information. If deemed necessary the competent authority shall carry out an [inspection](https://avioverse.aero/glossary/easa/inspection) of the organisation. If the non-compliance is confirmed, the Competent Authority shall take action as defined in point ADR.AR.C.055 of this Annex.

(c) The Competent Authority shall keep a register of the declarations and of the notifications of a change of the organisation responsible for the provision of AMS under its oversight.
