Without it

You read a rule and still ask: so what do I do now?

With the obligations library

Each rule is split into actions: who must, may or must not do what, and when.

Without it

An AI chatbot answers differently depending on who asks and how they ask.

With the obligations library

One list, written once from the rule text, the same for every reader.

Without it

A summary drops the condition or the exception that applies to you.

With the obligations library

Every action keeps its condition and shows the exact sentence it comes from.

Without it

Notes and checklists keep quoting rules that were deleted or rewritten.

With the obligations library

Checked word for word against the text in force, with the date of the check.

How to read this page

- Must · May · Must not

A duty, a permission, a prohibition — as the rule words it.

- The action

What to do, in plain words, with the rule's own terms kept.

- If, When, For …

The condition or exception that limits it. Check it first.

- When

Always (a standing condition) · On an event (something happens, or before you act) · Periodically · Once.

- Time limit

The deadline, interval or retention period the rule sets.

- Rule text

The exact sentence the obligation comes from. It is what binds; read it before relying on the summary.

- Show what applies to

A viewpoint, not a profile — switch it any time, or share the link.

* Written from the implementing rules of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 — Section A and the appendices that set requirements — as amended up to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/100.
* Every quoted sentence was checked word for word against that text.
* AMC and GM are not included: they show ways to comply; this list is what the rule itself requires. Section B, what the competent authority does, is not included.
* A summary can lose a nuance. The rule text binds, together with your approved exposition and your competent authority. Not the official publication — verify against the Official Journal of the European Union before operational use.
