Initial evaluation
EASA defines “Initial evaluation” in one regulation. The wording below is reproduced verbatim from the EASA Easy Access Rules, with a link to the paragraph it comes from.
‘Initial evaluation’ means the first assessment by the competent authority to determine whether an FSTD performs to the standard of the relevant qualification basis;
